Margit has a B.A. from Penn State University and a Masters from Bryn Mawr College. She previously practiced as a psychiatric social worker in Pennsylvania and New York, sold real estate in Summit, N.J. and worked in emergency medicine as a paramedic in Connecticut.
Margit and her husband moved to Cypress Landing from northern California, and have since been enjoying tennis, golf, boating and bridge.

Kathy moved to Cyprerss Landing from up-state New york after she and her husband retired from the education field. Kathy had been the administrator for a large school system and now uses her organizational skills to acquiant prospective buyers with information about our community and the surrounding area. Kathy joined Cypress Landing Realty in 2007 and immediately won the Real Estate Rookie of the Year award from our local Board! She is a passionate tennis player and loves to introduce new prospects to our community.
